Owen is a highly sought-after early-career graduate consultant who brings international experience to URPS’ growing residential development team.
Owen graduated from Heriot-Watt University in June 2023, having already gained valuable first-hand experience in a variety of urban planning roles whilst studying. These include an internship with JLL Edinburgh and Hallam Land Management where he learned about the transformation of both brownfield and greenfield sites for residential housing and master-planned communities.
Passionate about supporting vibrant communities through smart, sustainable and strategic planning and development, Owen is known for his strong work ethic, his ability to progress approvals quickly and efficiently and for being a true team player.
He also understands how to problem solve the complexities and effectively communicate solutions associated with development facilitation.
