Justin is one of Western Australia’s most experienced and well-respected urban planners, having played a critical role in delivering some of the state’s most significant large-scale land developments.

Renowned for his expertise in WA’s strategic and statutory planning, regulatory processes, and implementation procedures has overseen future residential and industrial land supply strategies for Perth and Peel regions and is a leading proponent of major high-profile greenfield and brownfield projects on behalf of Tier 1 developers.

Among them, Mirvac’s Henley Brook Residential Estate, Peet Ltd’s Burns Beach Estate and Stockland’s Newhaven and Calleya Residential Estates received respective national and state awards while as the lead planning consultant.

With a career spanning both the private and local government sectors, including experience in the United Kingdom, Justin has built strong relationships across industry and within Government for his practical, collaborative and empathetic approach.

He has extensive experience in industry stakeholder management and has a strong focus on project managing the statutory planning process for clients including subdivision and high-quality built form design outcomes, supported by the preparation of District and Local Structure Plans of various complexities.

A dedicated professional, Justin also brings comprehensive experience in development contribution schemes, land feasibility studies, design guidelines and town planning appeals.
